Some celebrities make really awful parents and we can’t help but feel sympathy for their children! 15. Joe Simpson
Joe Simpson – Jessica Simpson’s dad/manager – is best known for the inappropriate comments he has made about his daughter’s body! “Jessica never tries to be sexy. She just is sexy. If you put her in a T-shirt or you put her in a bustier, she’s sexy in both. She’s got double D’s! You can’t cover those suckers up!” Poor Jessica! It must have been humiliating growing up with a father who comments on her body like that.

Life & Style and In Touch might be right about Tom Cruise and his absentee parenting! Both magazines claimed that the actor abandoned his youngest daughter Suri after he and Katie Holmes divorced in June 2012, claiming that he hadn’t seen her in more than 100 days! Cruise admitted that he was busy filming and was unable to see his daughter, but he talked to her on the phone nearly every day. Sounds like an absentee father to us!

When Alec Baldwin was divorcing Kim Basinger, it was messy and their daughter Ireland was stuck in the middle! Back in 2007, a voicemail from Baldwin to his daughter was leaked to the press and the actor came across as incredibly abusive! He hurled insults at his 11-year-old daughter, calling her a “thoughtless little pig.” A family law judge actually temporarily barred Baldwin from having any contact with his child as a result!

Kris Jenner is known for being shallow and greedy and for acting as more of a sister to her daughters than an actual mother! Even though her daughter Kim wasn’t comfortable posing nude for her Playboy shoot back in 2007, Jenner encouraged her to take it off for the cameras. Rumor has it that this reality TV mom also brokered a deal for her daughter’s sex tape!

Dina Lohan has been described as the “worst parent ever” and as the “worst mother in America.” She reportedly used to party with her daughter Lindsay before the “Mean Girls” star turned 21 and took no responsibility when her daughter’s life began to spiral out of control. In fact, during this time period, she actually secured a reality TV show – “Living Lohan.” A year and a half ago, Dina went on “The Dr. Phil Show” to prove that she is a good mother, but ended up spending the whole interview acting like she was intoxicated!

Hulk Hogan will never win a Father of the Year award! The former professional wrestler cheated on his ex-wife Linda with one of his daughter Brooke’s friends and he has been accused of having an inappropriate relationship with Brooke as well! Hogan has been photographed rubbing lotion on his daughter’s bikini-bottomed backside; he supervised her semi-nude Maxim shoot; and he has retweeted sexual comments about her.

Eddie Murphy fathered daughter, Angel, with Mel B. from the Spice Girls. They ended up splitting up while the former pop star was pregnant and, when he heard about the pregnancy, the actor claimed he was not the father, demanding a paternity test. Even after the test revealed that Murphy was Angel’s father, it took another three years for him to have anything to do with his youngest child.

Kate Gosselin is so hungry for fame that she will literally stop at nothing to secure another reality show for her family! Most recently, the former reality TV star has been making the talk show rounds with her two eldest daughters Mady and Cara. Unfortunately these two don’t always perform on cue, which has prompted their mother to become visibly angry with them, sneering at them to “use their words.” Let’s hope she doesn’t score another reality TV show! The world has seen enough of that family’s dysfunction!

Charlie Sheen’s alcohol and drug problems are well known in the media – and so is his admiration for porn stars. The “Anger Management” star lost custody of his twins with ex-wife Brooke Mueller back in 2011 when he was living with a couple of his goddesses and Denise Richards is currently blocking him from seeing their two daughters! Considering he is currently involved with another porn star, chances of Richards relenting seem pretty slim!

Brooke Mueller – whose only claim to fame is being Charlie Sheen’s ex wife – has been in and out of rehab more than 20 times for alcohol and drug issues. Less than a year ago, she was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold at UCLA Medical Center and her twin boys were taken away from her by Children and Family Services. According to the warrant, the children were in danger in Mueller’s custody!

Courtney Love can’t seem to catch a break! The singer reportedly got into a physical fight with her daughter Frances Bean Cobain and, as a result, a restraining order was granted on Cobain’s behalf. According to her daughter, Love is an addict. “(Love) has taken drugs for as long as I can remember. She basically exists now on…Xanax, Adderall, Sonata and Abilify, sugar and cigarettes,” Cobain said.

Ryan O’Neal’s parenting is bad at best! Known for dating actress Farrah Fawcett up until the time of her death, O’Neal was arrested for drug possession – including meth – with his youngest son Redmond in 2008 and, in 2007, he was arrested for assaulting his older son Griffin. According to Griffin, his father introduced him to cocaine when he was only 11 years old and he also claims that his father regularly did drugs with Redmond.

More than 20 years ago, Woody Allen split from Mia Farrow to be with her college age adopted daughter Soon Yi, who he had helped raise. To make matters even worse, the director was also accused of molesting the seven-year-old daughter he adopted with Farrow. Allen doesn’t seem to see anything wrong with marrying his ex girlfriend’s adopted daughter. “What was the scandal? I fell in love with this girl, married her” he said.

Octomom – real name Nadya Suleman – became infamous back in 2009 when she controversially conceived eight children after already having six. Since then she has struggled to care for her children, going on welfare and resorting to porn and stripping to help make ends meet. According to In Touch magazine, the mother of 14 doesn’t even like children! “I hate babies, they disgust me…Obviously, I love them — but I absolutely wish I had not had them,” she said.

Farrah Abraham – star of “Teen Mom” – is an awful mother! She has been arrested for DUI; filmed a sex tape titled “Back Door Teen Mom” (and brokered the deal for its release); and she also waxed her four-year-old daughters eyebrows, claiming that the little girl had a unibrow! According to In Touch magazine, Abraham and her daughter are currently on a break! “It’s healthy that we have a break. She has her own life and is doing her own thing, and I’m doing mine,” the reality star told the magazine.
