Kendall Jenner doesn’t have to worry about keeping up with the Kardashians anymore – she’s totally surpassed them in every conceivable way. Unlike her sisters, she’s actually kind of relatable. She doesn’t thrive off the constant attention and she doesn’t look as tweaked either. She’s as natural as the Kardashian-Jenners get. Because she’s our favorite one out of the bunch, here are 10 things you didn’t know about Kendall!
10. Modeling Was a Lifelong Dream
Kendall has always dreamed of being a model. “I would literally sit at home and have my friends take pictures of me on my little Canon camera that my mom gave me for Christmas,” she told The New York Times. “Obviously, the show was me being in front of a camera. It’s just something that I’ve kind of always been around.”
9. Three Cheers for Kendall
Before she was homeschooled, Kendall was a student at Sierra Canyon School, a private school in Calabasas, California. She and her younger sister Kylie were both on the cheerleading squad.

8. She’s Really Shy
Unlike her sisters, Kendall is actually quite shy. “Everybody knows I’m like a little more shy, especially when I was younger, I was super shy,” she told Nightline.
7. Nipple Ring
That’s right – Kendall has a nipple ring! She says that she got it because she wanted to rebel. “I was going through a period in my life, having a rough time, being a rebel and was like, ‘Let’s just do it,’” she said.

Kendall’s middle name is Nicole. Her mother Kris named her after her good friend Nicole Brown Simpson who was murdered before Kendall was born.
5. A Fibbing Habit
When she was young, Kendall liked to fib – a lot. “When I was little, I would always lie about the stupidest things. In kindergarten or first grade, I would tell people I had tigers living in my attic and a room full of gold. I would tell people I was from Hawaii, but I had a Southern accent. I was the biggest liar for no reason,” she told Interview Magazine.
4. A Runner – Just Like Her Dad
Kendall stays fit by jogging. It’s her favorite form of exercise because, no matter where she is in the world, she can always put on a pair on sneakers and exercise clothes and just go out and run. It’s both convenient and healthy.
3. An Accomplished Equestrian
Growing up, Kendall was an accomplished equestrian. She excelled in Hunter-Jumper competitions, but she quit riding when she started grade nine and sold her horse, Ladybug.
2. Favorite Movies and Biggest Crush
Kendall’s favorite movies are Moulin Rouge and The Notebook. She told Harper’s Bazaar that, no matter how many she sees Moulin Rouge, she never gets sick of it. She also told Seventeen magazine that her biggest celeb crush is Ryan Gosling.

Kendall had bad acne as a teenager and it really damaged her self-esteem. She managed to clear her skin up with help from a dermatologist. She relies on Laser Genesis (an in-office laser treatment) to help keep breakouts at bay, but she also makes sure to wash her face every morning and night and always makes sure to wear sunscreen.
